If you have already a spreadsheet file containing the contact information you need to import to your portal just save it to a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file format and proceed to the Step 2.
To create a new CSV file, start a new spreadsheet using our Documents module.
In the 1st three columns of the table enter the necessary contact information strictly in the following order: Email, First Name, Last Name.
When all the contacts are entered download the document as a .csv file.
