TeamLab Mobile Version combines the functionality of the Community, Projects and Documents modules available on the portal.
It allows you to manage projects, view colleague's contact information, read corporate and personal documents, keep up to date with the latest news regardless of your location.
1. Access Mobile Version
You can enter your web office from Android phones and iOS devices such as Samsung Galaxy, HTC smartphones, iPhone, iPod Touch. To start using the mobile version of the portal, make sure that the Internet connection is working on your device.
Then follow these simple steps:
- Launch your phone Internet browser.
- Type your portal address in the address bar.
Note:
if you cannot access the portal, add /mobile at the end of the address. Here is an example: [your portal name].teamlab.com/mobile
- The Sign In page will displayed allowing you to enter your identification data (Email and Password).
- Click the Sign in button.
Note:
you can also use your Gmail, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn account to connect to the portal.

2. Use Mobile Version
Currently it is possible to perform the following actions using the mobile version of the portal:
Community

watch video
- read the latest posts and comments in Blogs, Forums and Events sections;
- add your own comments;
- create your own posts in Blogs and Forums;
- follow the links added by other portal users to the Bookmarks section;
- add your own bookmarks.
People
- view the list of your co-workers;
- find contact information (email address, mobile phone number, etc.) of any person;
- send email clicking the 'Envelope' icon next to the person's name.
Projects

watch video
- monitor projects;
- view tasks assigned to you;
- plan new milestones, set tasks, lead discussions;
- comment tasks and discussions;
- close tasks you've just done.
Documents

- view the list of files and folders stored in My Documents, Shared with me and Common Documents sections;
- open text and image files you have access to;
- create new folders;
- create a new file in .txt format;
- upload files*.
* The Upload file option is available for certain mobile devices and Internet browsers only.
