How to share the latest news?

Enter your TeamLab portal and click the Community link at the center.

In case you have already logged in to the portal and been using it for some time click the Community link at the top of the page.

Switch to the Events tab. Go to the Actions panel and click the Add new event link.

The New Event page will open. Enter a title for your news. Drop down the Event Type list and select one of the available message types: news, orders or announcements.

Type in your news text. Format it using the Formatting Toolbar above which provides many of most common formatting commands such as font style, font color, alignment and size.

Here you can also:

• insert links to some external or internal resources;
• add image or video files;
• insert smileys;
• create lists and tables.

To preview the result click the Preview button below the Text field.

When everything is ready click the Publish button below the Text field.

The created news will be added to the All Events list and displayed in the Events widget at the Community Dashboard.

If you change your mind and decide to edit or delete the newly created news just select it with the mouse from the list and use the corresponding buttons on the news page.

By default you are subscribed to your newly created event and will be notified via Email and Talk if some comments are added. If you don't want to receive the notifications, please unsubscribe.
