How to communicate with colleagues using Talk?

Enter your TeamLab portal and click the Talk link at the top of the page.

The TeamLab Talk window will open.

To start a message session select the user you wish to talk to from the list. The Talk contact list is formed by the users of the portal grouped according to their department. It is automatically updated as users are added or removed.

Open the necessary group and select the user.

To facilitate the search of your interlocutor you can enable the filter clicking the corresponding button above the contact list.

When the interlocutor is selected type in your message and click the Send button.

If you need to send a file click the Send File button below the Talk main area. Select the file you need and click the Open button. The file will be sent.
